TERMS OF SERVICE (FOR COMMISSION WORK)
-FULL PAYMENT UP FRONT OR 50%/50%-Prices may go up if the character(s) are complex.-Payment can be done via Kofi.-WILL DRAW: Ponies, Furries, suggestive themes, Slight gore, humans, mecha, character sheets/expressions OCs and Fan Art.-WON’T DRAW: NSFW, Heavy gore, anything that is morally wrong, anything that is illegal, alcohol, drugs, logos for a company and realism.
-You may not sell any kind of art made from me unless you ask for my consent first.-You DO NOT have the right to sell/mint your commission for NFT or to submit it to AI generators of any kind.-Turnaround time: 1-3 days. Will communicate if a problem shows up.-I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.-I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.-I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.-I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio as well with the customer's permission.-Changes are always available during the sketch phase. Any further during lineart, coloring or rendering may cost extra.-I have the right to refuse any commission I feel uncomfortable with.-You can upload the picture on social media and credit me accordingly.-Refund Policy: You may ask for a refund during the sketch phase but not on any further stages (Lineart, Coloring, Rendering, etc).-I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
