WILL DRAW/WON'T DRAW-WILL DRAW: OC's, Fan Art. Ponies, furries, humans, mecha, robots, artistic nudity, slight fluff, Slight gore.
-WON’T DRAW: NSFW, Heavy gore or anything that I am personally uncomfortable with. Respect my boundaries, please.
-My art can be used for: character sheets and expressions for comics, webtoons or personal projects. Please credit me if you use any piece made by me!

-Payments for commission are done via VGen or Ko-fi! Please check out each request form and fill out important information to ensure clear communication.VGen payments-Client can request the commission payment to be 50% - 50% or fullupfront.
-50-50! (first half after initial sketch has been approved and second half before the final piece is delivered).-Full upfront! (Full amount after the initial sketch has been approved by the client)Ko-fipayments
-Payments are full upfront only!-If I cannot fulfill your commission for whichever reason, I will refund you the money. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED WORK OR WORK IN PROGRESS (after sketch has been approved)!

-1-3 days max! Might take less time depending on work queue.
-Client (s) will always have updates if any time constraints arise!

COMMUNICATION
-You can DM me on VGen or Ko-fi for commission purposes! Or if you prefer, please DM me on Instagram or Twitter. (I am more active on Instagram.)
-You can request for progress update photos of your commission! By default, I will send you sketches and mistake fixes; after the first payment (either 50% or full-upfront), I will update progress on my work queue.
-Don't hesitate to ask me any question about my commission work or process! I'll happily respond as fast as I can.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS-You may not sell any kind of art made from me unless you ask for my consent first or if the commission is specified for merchandise.
-If you sell my art as merchandise, please credit by putting @ArtsyReyes on the description of your products!
-You DO NOT have the right to sell/mint your commission for NFT or to submit it to AI generators of any kind.
-I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
-I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
-I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
-I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio as well, with the customer's permission!
-You can upload the picture on social media and credit me accordingly!
-I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
